We are very glad to inform you that Association of Ex-Students of Govt. Lady Noyce School for the Deaf with DFDW, DAD, NAD & 14 Deaf Associations of Delhi filed a writ petition against Social Welfare Department, Delhi Govt. occupy the premises of Govt. Lady Noyce Senior Secondary School for the Deaf, Feroze Shah Kotla, Delhi Gate, Delhi last few weeks.
High Court of Delhi has issued the stay order on 29th July 2019 that Social Welfare Department, Delhi Govt. do not use the parking area anymore on the playgrounds of and will not construct new more buildings of the premises of Govt. Lady Noyce Senior Secondary School for the Deaf, Delhi. It is a great victory.
We inform you that we will not protest against Social Welfare Department, Delhi Govt. on 5th to 7th July 2019. Please do not come to the Protest at Delhi on 5th to 7th August 2019.
