Hello! Happy New Year 2017! I hope this year will go well.
I wouldl like to inform you of the two big achievements NAD made in year 2016. The first one is ISLRTC made autonomous, and the second one is the passing of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Bill 2016.
I also want to say that I hope, in future, we can keep on progressing. I also request all of you to stay united with us because in that way we can achieve much more in a better way.
